1.What time does Customer Care open:

2.WHEN  MY ORDER SHIP OUT? And How long does shipping take?
The package always takes one day to get ready for shipping out!
And Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g.

3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

4.Can delivery address be different from the billing address?
When your order shipping address differs from the billing address, we will send a confirm email to check your information. After we confirm your order details, we will deliver merchandise ASAP!

5.I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM
We want all our customers to receive their favorites so if you get the one which not the right one you ordered, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team.
We will aim to resolve any issue with the wrong item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

6.OUR RETURNS POLICY
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them minus the shipping fee!
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.Any detail please check here:

7. I HAVE ORDERED A PRODUCT BUT IT SELL OUT ALREADY
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and then you paid it but it’s out of stock.
However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you can choose the similar ones. As we try to keep our products fresh, we add hundreds of new items every week so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for.

8. I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY SHOPPING BASKET
Any item you add to your shopping cart will be reserved for you for two hours while you carry on shopping. After this time, items will be removed from your basket and other customers will be able to buy them.

9. Products are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk. Are they?
Yes ,the more you need the better price it is. It will be cheaper if you are a bulk shopping, please contact us for further discussion.

10. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.
